Designer Concepts Landscape Architecture, Inc., was founded in early 2006. With over 25 years of experience in the landscape industry, our team is dedicated to providing its clients with a creative outdoor experience that adds value to there living spaces. We offer a variety of design and construction services for residential and small commercial projects in the Peoria area.

Ryan Palm, President and co-founder of Designer Concepts is a registered landscape architect and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois. Ryan’s hands-on leadership style thrives on involvement in all aspects of the company. He loves to walk clients through the earliest stages of the design process to the realization of the finished landscape. Ryan is raising two children with his wife, Amy.

Corey Koch, Vice President and Co-founder of the firm, has a degree in horticulture from Illinois Central College. He specializes in the construction and installation of the client’s vision. He focuses on maintaining quality workmanship through each stage of the landscape construction. A skilled craftsman, Corey has been nationally recognized by the Associated Landscape Contractors of America.
